My home was built in 2004 - every window's block and tackle needs replacing. I have NEVER seen window parts fail so quickly and all at once.
Please le me know if these are still made and where to purchase. I will be installing myself. I received an exorbitant price from Granbury Windows and Doors to replace the parts.

We may be able to provide you with a replacement for the balance assembly you need but I'll need to see photos of the balance's attachments to identify it. The stamp from the balance typically only indicates the weight range the balances should be able to hold to support the sash.
