Block & Tackle Rod replacement

This window balance is an older, discontinued Crossbow balance. We can supply a replacement for it but I'll need to confirm a few details to determine the correct match.

In addition to the information described in the tutorial below, I'll also need to know the measurement for the diameter of the coiled spring on the balance.
