Block & Tackle Window Channel Balance

Hello there. Could you confirm the length of the metal channel? It would be unusual for it to be an X-1/2" length, though not unheard of. I think we can still help, but it would have to be a custom order since balances with that length are not stock items. Can you also confirm the depth of the bottom nylon shoe? See the diagram below. We'll be able to help from there.
