Looks like you need both a spiral balance and a pivot shoe. We should be able to help with both, but I need more data.

To start, can you tell me the diameter of the outer plastic tube? It should be either 3/8" or 9/16". Those are the only two options, so it's going to be one or the other.

For the pivot shoe, can you please tell me its width and thickness? Note that you'll have to remove it from the track to accurately measure. It's not possible to garner precise size while it's still in the window.

Please ensure that all dimensions are precise and written out in your response. A photo of a tape measure will not be sufficient.
