Block &Tackle part identification

I have attached 4 photos of a window part I need to find and replace. The part number as shown on the part is DB 102 24 HD.

Thanks for posting, Jeanne. I think we can help replace this, but before we can recommend anything, please let me know the length of the metal channel. I would also like to know how many of these balances you need.

Length is 25.0"

I *think* I need 7-8 replacements but I need to confirm. I've been trying to find this part for the last 3-4 years!
I was thinking of ordering just one making sure it works but I don't recall if each window requires one or two pieces of this part for the window to work properly?

Perfect, thank you. Most window sashes use two balances, one on each side. We always recommend replacing both at the same time. I will send you two order links, each with a different quantity: one for 2 and one for 8. That way you can go with whatever you feel more comfortable with.

I would also recommend the 19-030 long S-clip, which is sold separately. However you can also just re-use your old S-clip if it's not damaged.
