Thanks for writing in! It appears that both of your balances are missing an attachment for them. I am assuming that your balances are for a tilt window, so it is likely the attachment is still connected to the bottom of your sash.

I'll need to see an undamaged balance to recommend the right replacement balances for your window. The stamp will only confirm the weight range your balances should be able to carry to support your sash.
