Dear Swisco,
I am looking to replace the balances on my windows. I believe these are the block and talked type, but I am not sure. If they are please advise on the replacement with your new recommended balancers.

Hi Dan. I am pretty confident we can help, but we'll need more information to assist you. Specifically, can you tell us the length of the metal channel of the balance? Can you also show us any stamp on its surface? Finally, could you show us how it attaches to the top of the window track? We'll do our best to assist you from there.
