I just moved into a new house and the window came off the rails and we noticed that the plastic keeping the hook in place is broken. I want to make sure I buy the right replacement.

Hello,

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. To confirm the correct match, we would need to see a side profile photo of the bottom fitting shown in your first three photos to compare to our replacement options. We'll also need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. To clarify, your balances being custom doesn't mean that your windows are custom as well. There are many variations of these extended travel balances, which makes it difficult for us to stock them all but we can order them as needed for our customers.

Now we'll just need you to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two, to send you a quote.
