Block and Tackle Balance Replacement

Question

Hello! I just replaced the balances for 1 window in my home and would like to replace them for 4 more windows, but the company I ordered from ran out.

To make sure I order to correct parts, I'm attaching photos of the old balances (including their stamp, guide / shoe, and shoe measurement).

I believe I need this product (with the 2640 option):

The S380 and S385 are very close, but I think the shoe depth makes this an S385.

Hi there!

We appreciate you reaching out to us! I agree with your assessment. I can't be certain since it's hard to make out dimensions from photos but I do think that the S385-27 is a good place to start if the shoe measures over 1" deep. Based on your 26 4 stamp, you will indeed need the 2640 option.
