Block and Tackle Balances

I need 4 block and tackle window balances. All measure metal to metal length 19 5/8 with width 5/8 (1/2 inch). One set is stamped 19 3 and the other 19 5. Top and bottom shoes are winged per photo and photos of tip is also provided.

As for the installation, I recommend watching the video below. The balance featured is a different design but the principle is essentially the same.
