Thanks for your post! I'm confident we can supply the replacements you need for your balances. I'll just need to know the length of the channel to determine best option.

Please also confirm whether the metal cam on your T-Lock shoe is opened or closed off in the back.

Feel free to reach out with any additional questions you might have.

The total length of the channel appears to be 59"
The current balance length is 27
The top of the channel only has a small screw hole, with no ability to change the 'anchor' at the top.
The shoe appears to be open straight through.
The moving part of the window (I guess sash) appears to have metal pegs that seat into the shoe.

You'll need the S795-27 to replace your existing balances. Our 26E stamp may work in place of yours but you'll need to be sure that the window sash weighs between 26 to 34lbs.

These balances come assembled with a screw tab on top so you wouldn't need to make any modifications to install it at the top of the window.

Based on the description of the shoe, you'll need the 15-195B 1-1/4" T-Lock shoe with an open cam. These are sold separately from the balances so you'll need to add them to the cart to have them ship along with the balances. There is a video tutorial tagged below with instructions on how to swap them out.

The metal pegs at the bottom of the sash are the pivot bars. We typically suggest using the 26-021 but you'll need to compare the dimensions to determine if they are the correct replacement match.

Here is a picture of the metal peg.  I don't see how that could be the pivot bar that you sent.  Maybe I don't need to replace it?

It looks like you have a U-shaped pivot bar like the 26-083. We have seen these commonly used with the T-Lock shoes on this balance style.

So long as the installation hole placement is a match either the recommended 26-021 or the 26-083 will work to replace it.

You will need to determine if the pivot bars need to be replaced based on their condition.
