Does the stamping "34 3 DQ Caldwell" help in cross referencing the right part for my window?
I need 2 balance rails.

In attention to my previous post, the dimensions of the existing rails are 1/2" X 35".

Searching your sight, and on the weight of the sash (25 lbs)the length of the bar (35") and the configuration of the top and shoe, I believe that I ordered the right components for my window.

I ordered a pair of S395-35 with option 3440

As requested I sent a couple of pics of the top and shoe.
