Block and Tackle Window Spring Balance

It says 3340 on the side of it. It is 1/2" thick and the window is non-tilt. How do I know which series of your products is the right one for my window?

Thanks for posting. I am confident we can help, but that stamp isn't an identifier. It just tells us the strength of the channel balance. We need you to remove the channel balance from the window and show us clear photos of the nylon attachments at both ends. The combination of attachments will narrow down what you need.

Ok. I will take it off the window again (maybe tomorrow) when I have time to put it back on again. So I will come back to this post and attach the pictures of the plastic ends
