We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, your balance assembly is too damaged to identify. We would need to see photos of an intact balance, including the clip at the end of the pulley cord and the top of the balance, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
Thanks for getting back to us. Your balance resembles the S770-22. The stamp code differs from our strength options, so you would need to weigh your sash and follow the chart under the balance product description to choose the corresponding option.
If you need new pivot shoes as well, the 15-167 is commonly used with this type of balance but you would need to remove yours from the window to confirm that it matches the dimensions shown below. Take a look and see what you think.
