Block and Tackle balance for single hung window, side loading

A quick learner from Oceanside says:
Need assistance in ordering the correct Part Number replacement balances for my single hung, side loading window (manufacturer unknown). Balance length is 22".

The part number on original balance is "2140" but the Swisco part numbers seem to be different so I'm not sure which one to select. I also want to be sure to get balances with the correct size/configuration of winged ends.
Thank you for your assistance!

Thanks for writing in. This looks like either a S380-22 or S385-22. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2140. Let me know if you have any other questions.

A quick learner from Oceanside, CA says:
The S385-22s work PERFECTLY! Installation was a snap and not only is my broken window fixed but I can't believe the difference in the ease of opening and closing now. Wish I'd done this years ago.
I will be replacing the balances in my downstairs window now because the improvement was huge.

Thank you so much for the help getting the right parts!
