I have 2 block and tackle parts that need replaced but I'm not sure what part to get.
The marking on the channel is 28 1/4 3 HJ CALDWELL

Hello there and thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't replace balances that end in a 1/4" length increments. All of the balances we sell are on the full inch. I really wish we could be of more help but we just don't have this size. Contacting the original manufacturer of the window would be your best bet.
