Hello,
I'm pretty sure that this is a 19" 390 Channel Balance with the option 1820. But I wanted to double check before purchacing. Can you please confirm?
Thank you!

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to narrow down your options. If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. Thank you!

Hello!
Thank you for your response. I have uploaded 3 additional photos that I think should show you that part of the item.
Please let me know if there are any other issues or information that I can help with.
Thank you,
Sam

Thanks for getting back to us. We can supply your balances but it will need to be a custom order. The replacements will come with don-wing top & non-winged 1-3/32 deep shoe. As long as the shoe depth matches yours, see the order link and price quote we just sent over. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
