Hey, thank you for your patience int his matter. We are still trying to find a replacement for this balance, but so far we have not had any luck. Could there be something else that goes with this balance that we should see? Maybe a shoe of some sort that attaches to that bottom nylon piece? Let me know!

Ah, thank you. Alright, I think we may be able to work around this. We haven't been able to find your original balance, so we'll have to try to substitute it.

Take a look at our S770-27 channel balance with a 27D option and review the details. Is this the right sized metal channel? Would the strength of the springs support your sash weight? If so, then I think you could use this with our 15-029 pivot shoe and 26-021 pivot bar. Let me know what you think, or if you have any other questions.
