We'd be happy to look into this for you, but the stamp code only indicates the strength of the spring, not the balance series. We'll need to see photos of your balance fully removed from the window, including both ends and the pulley clip, to compare to our inventory. I'd also recommend checking the length of the metal channel, not including the end fittings. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us, but I can't quite make out how the balance pulley attaches to the pivot shoe. We'll need to see a close-up photo of where the pulley connects to the front of the pivot shoe, as well as confirm how the top of the balance installs in the window. 

I suspected that your pulley may be tied to the shoe. Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the balance setup shown in your photos. If you haven't already, I'd suggest reaching out to the window manufacturer to discuss your options. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
