Thanks for writing in! I'm happy to identify the replacements for the balances you need but I'll need to see a photo of the existing hardware removed from the window. Since your balance has a DS in the stamp, I suspect there is a chance that these may need to be custom assembles.

I'll need to see photos of the top and bottom attachments, as well as a photo of the pulley system in the center of the balance where the spring and string meet. Please also confirm the exact weight of your sash.
