Block and tackle

Question

Hello I am in need of quantity 2 40" block and tackle. the part number is 40SPB.S.I PK30
These parts are used to hold up a heavy window on a medical hood. They were originally made for Forma Scientific. I ordered some similar style but different length the case number was 124451. Thank you
