Looking for 29" non tilt block and tackle window bal 5/8"" stamp P28-3 top sash guide and bottom part. I already have the window balance.

Our 18-018 sash guide is similar to your part but be sure that the dimensions match what is listed on our product page as well as that the hole placement is the same.
