You are correct that the rod-style balance assembly shown in your photo is no longer made. We should be able to supply updated replacements but we would need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window, including the bottom attachments. You'll also need to measure the balance and weigh the window sash to determine the corresponding strength option. Thank you!
