Window is missing its balances

I have a window without balances and need to know how to measure the sash to order the correct length. I ordered 28" series 351 block and tackle for another window and it was fine but this window is shorter and I am not sure how to measure the sash. It is missing it's balances all together, so no identification to be had. The window is by the same manufacturer as the other, Just different size.

In that case, measure the height of the visible glass for the sash that is missing its balances and tell me what you get. Also give me the height of the glass for the window that uses the S351-28. From there, we can recommend a balance.

The visible glass for S351-28 measured 55 inches. The visible glass of the sash needing replaced is 43.5 inches. Please recommend a size if you can.
