Block and tackle balance 28C

Thanks for reaching out to us! The balance you have is the S795-28 with a 28C stamp option. The shoe attached at the bottom is the 15-224 Inverted Link. You'll need to add the inverted link to the cart along with the balances and swap them out once you receive the order. This process is fairly easy to do; take a look at the video tutorial below for reference.

To determine if this balance will need to be a custom assembly, I'll just need to see the attachment at the top of the balance as well as how it installs at the top of the window channel.

Regarding the tilt latches, I believe they can be replaced with the 26-243 and 26-244 Tilt Window Latches. Take a look over the dimensions below to confirm.
