Block and tackle balance for single hung window

The cord of my balance is broken . Per the AaMA silver label on the windows, readings are : MFR: PHP 62, and series 810S

Can u recommend a replacement ? Do i have to replace the total balance ? Will it include the top and bottom plastic guides ?

Check out our Series 380 channel balance. I think this may be what you're looking for.
