Hello I pulled these out of the windows that won't stay up. The plastic pieces are mostly i Intack I'm not sure why they won't hold the window up. I pulled another set off a different set of windows and they are 26 ? threes. Should I go with a higher weight on this to a 29?3? Looking for your expertise these are vinyl windows with double pane glass.
What part number do you recommend I use?

Hi Ron, thank you for posting,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 30" long.
As for the stamp option, are you able to provide the weight of the window sash that these balances support?
