Block and tackle balancer

The channel is 1/2" and 23" long. The stamp says 2220. The shoe looks like your part number 15-029. it measures 7/8" deep. The top looks similar to part number 19-005. I need two of these if you can help me out.

I need to purchase 2 more of the exact same as I bought in April. They worked great. Now I need to repair another window.
