Block and tackle end guide comparison

A handy person from North Carolina says:
Hello I've found out some end guide numbers on another site for my caldwell block and tackle balance, and i was trying to cross compare / validate with your part numbers but can't make a match.

i BELIEVE i have 15P142 top guide, and 15P122 bottom guide. Do you have a compatible guide?

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window, including both top and bottom attachments, to recommend a suitable repalcement. Thank you!

A handy person from North Carolina says:
hope these are clear enough.

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-37 or S385-37 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2640 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
