Dimensions: 31" long, ~15mm wide (0.5"), ~17mm deep (0.75")Labeled as 3040.
Please help me to identify correct part.

Thanks for posting. See the S380-31 or S385-31. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 3040.
