This is from an ~30 year old aluminum double pane window. I can find no markings indicating the manufacturer. The only markings/stamp I can find on the balance are 28 2 followed just slightly farther out by a smaller J1. The overall length of the metal channel is 29?. The channel is 9/16? by 5/8?. The sash weighs 13.1 lbs. From looking at the options on your site, I believe the 29? Series 390 option 2820 to be the appropriate replacement. Could you please confirm this or set me on the correct path to the appropriate replacement.

Hello Randy,
It looks like you have either our S351, 15-002, or S390, 15-001, channel balance. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need to know the length of your balance and use the weight of your sash to choose the correct option.
