We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. Ton confirm the correct replacement, we'll need to see a close up photo of the clip at the end of the pulley cord. We'll also need to know the numbers stamped on the metal channel. Lastly, we'll need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!
I have attached 4 pics of the clip at the end of the pulley you requested. Here is the complete list of all the balances we would need for our house...
1 window 15 3/4 tall
balance total length (including clips) 12"
stamped 10-2
So we would need 2 of those balances
2 windows 23 3/4 tall
balance total length 21"
stamped 19-2
So we would need 4 of those balances
4 windows 25 3/4 tall
balance total length 24"
stamped 22-3
So we would need 8 of those balances
Since you had mentioned these would be a custom order, do you have any idea about how long the lead time would be?

Great, we just sent over order links and price quotes for the balances you requested. Note that the 10-2 balance channels should measure 10-5/8" long, not including the end fittings. The 19-2 balances should measure 19-5/8" long and the 22-3 balances should measure 22-5/8" long. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
