Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 31-5/8" long. We recommend you check to be certain. 

Can you show us a photo of the top fitting and the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? Can we also see a photo of the bottom shoe from a side angle? How many balances are you looking to replace? 

I'm afraid we can't move forward without the metal clip. That's a very important detail. Can you check the balance on the other side of the window for an intact clip? If not, you can use an identical window's balances as a reference.
