Block and tackle style window balance

Question

I need to find something similar to these to replace a bunch of broken ones in an apartment complex. Could I retrofit the twist style balances in place of these? Thanks.

Hello, thank you for posting,

The windows use an older rod balance that is no longer made. We should be able to assist with an alternative, but to further review, are you able to provide a clearer image of the attachment at the bottom of the balance that connects to the pivot shoe in the window channel?

From there we can get a better idea of the series for replacement. Thank you!
