I am needing to replace several of these of various sizes - still need to check and make a list of exactly which ones I need.
When I select 28" in your parts online website it gives me a part that is 27HD. Just wanting to make sure I get the right one. Also how do I make sure the shoe is the right size? Thank you.

We can definitely help with this balance, but it has to be a custom order due to its configuration. There are just a few details we have to go over.
To start, can you confirm the length of the metal channel? With a stamp of 28HD, it should be 29" long, not 28".
Can you also look over our 15-197? I think this is the shoe you need but I would like you to give me confirmation.
Finally, how many balances altogether did you need? Our minimum purchase quantity for custom orders is 2.
