HI, I'm replacing the block and tackle window balance parts to my up and down window. It looks like the 29 " Series 380 Channel Balance will work, but I'm not sure if the plastic part on the top and the shoe is the same. On my old track, its broken so i'm unable to match it exactly. Any tip to determine if it'll work? Thanks.

Hello Matt, Is there any way you can send us photos of a balance that is not damaged? Perhaps we can help you confirm your suggestions if we were to see what your original balance looks like.
