Good morning,
I'm looking for a couple of replacement window balances. The measurements of the metal portion are 5/8 x 28 1/4. There is a 27-3 stamped on the metal nearest the hook end of the balance.
I do not know the window manufacturer. I called the builder of the home, and they were no help, either. :(

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to say that we can't help with this due to the metal channel length. Unfortunately, we can only offer balances with full increment lengths but we aren't optimistic they'd work for you. Thank you for confirming. With a 28" length, please review the S395-28 channel balance with a 2730 stamp option. This balance uses a 1-1/8" deep shoe. Please measure as shown below. From your pictures, I cannot quite tell if this depth matches. Take a look and let me know if there is a discrepancy. Thank you!
