I need 2-3 replacement spring hardwares for my all weather windows the only thing on the windows is (UNIQUE-37-E-50) on the back of the metal Chanel

Given the stamp from the metal channel of your balances, these are very likely to be a custom assembly. Although, unfortunately, I cannot cross-reference the stamp from your balances with yours. That said, it would be best to confirm the exact weight of the sash. Especially since custom assemblies are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
