Blue tip for S900-30?

Do they make a blue tip for the 3/8 S900-30? My window seems the be too heavy for the red tip.

Unfortunately, the S900-30 only comes with a red tip. It is possible you will need to replace your balances.

To start, can we please have the weight of your sash?

The weight of my sash 18lbs its a 3/8" rod, and its 30" long. i had order 29" long ones before, but everytime i tried to close it. It pulled itself apart. Thats way i order the 30"

You were right to change the length from 29" to 30". Both the red and green tip will carry the weight of your sash.
