1 5/16, 213.21 stamped on the face frame section.
Austria, 34.355-01.01, 110 degree,stamped on the door section.

Thanks for writing in. Take a look at our 32-345. Go over the dimensions and see if this will work as a replacement hinge for you.

I have a Blum hinge that is about 28 years old with the following part numbers.

Cabinet door mount
34.355-01.01
110

Frame Mount
22.01
1/2"

This appears to be the same type of lock as pictured above. Our best replacement options remain the 32-345 and 32-353, though there is unfortunately no guarantee that they will work.
