The part of the hinge that mounts to the face frame broke. You can see from the attached photos that there are cutouts where the hinge mounts to the frame. I have also attached a photo of the actual piece of the hinge that broke. Hoping you can find the actual piece that broke or have the exact hinge as a replacement.
