The part of the hinge that mounts to the face frame broke. You can see from the attached photos that there are cutouts where the hinge mounts to the frame. I have also attached a photo of the actual piece of the hinge that broke. Hoping you can find the actual piece that broke or have the exact hinge as a replacement.

I'm afraid we don't carry this exact hinge, but we have a few that are similar in design. Start by taking a look at our 32-340, 32-344, 32-346 or 32-349. Look over all the dimensions and compare them to your original hinge to see if any match what you need.
