Blum drawer slide rear mounts

Question

My home has a ton of old blum cabinets systems. Now things are breaking due to age, wear and tear. I've been looking rear mounts for a specific slide. I took photos. I'd appreciate any help you can provide

This part in your photos here is the old Merillat brand drawer socket. It's not made anymore, but I've had many customers tell me that our 32-119 works perfectly well as a substitute.
