Looking to replace all my kitchen cabinets hardware, because most of them are wore out and the doors keep opening and won't stay closed

Thanks for posting. We don't have an exact match for this hinge, but see our 32-353. It is similar functionally to your existing hinge, but take a look and see if you think this would work for you.
