Blum hinge for lazy Susan bifold door

You can see the broken ear. I'd like to replace the complete hinge quantity 2 for top and bottom hinge.
Blum hinge other markings 199 010-01 01 also 70 655-01 01 Austria.

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this hinge. The trouble with these old hinges are many simply are no longer made. Our 32-340, 32-344, 32-346 or 32-349 might work as substitutes. Please compare these with your old hardware and see if you think one of these could work for you.
