Blum hinge replacement

My Blum hinge is bent and need to replace it. 110 degrees. Part numbers are34.355-01.0. And 213.21,, 5/16

We have come across this hinge in the past but, unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement. Our closest match would be the 32-345. Take a look at the specifications shown on our product page to determine if you might be able to adapt this to work for your repair. Thank you!
