Bolt anchor for double entry door (1 door only needs replacement part)

A home owner from South Plainfield, New Jersey says:
Metal anchor bolt is approximately 9/16" deep, 3/4 " wide and 7" long. It is screwed into the cutout at the bottom of the door.

On the outside there is a lever that you push up to release the bolt from the hole under the door which allows the door to open (at the same time that the anchor bolt is pushed up at the top of the door).

Imprinted on the bolt is "PATENTED D429.619. As you can see the bolt broke off from the slider and I cannot secure the door I cannot remember the manuf. of the doors and they were installed about 30-35 years ago. Can you advise if the part can possibly be replaced. Thank you, Elaine Biribin

I'm reminded of our 42-006 but I don't know if this can work for you. Carefully compare our dimensions to your own measurements to see if this will fit in your door.
