Bolts sheared off my Patriot door handle

I have a Patriot Vinyl Windows 5500 Series New Construction Patio Door-5500 Series and one of the bolts on the inside handle sheared off. I would like to buy a replacement handle or a replacement base. The holes are 3 7/8" apart. Thanks.

We can supply you with a complete handle set, but I'd like a clearer picture of what you have. Can you flip this handle over and show me the front? Can you also show me the handle on the other side of the door?

Here is the front of the handle I need. I also included the back with a tape measure in the photo. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks.

Thank you! I believe you can use our 82-030 to replace this handle set. Look it over and let me know what you think.
