Bombay French Provincial 2 Drawer side table

I'm looking to replace the slide that gets attached to the bottom of the drawer. The brown plastic ones cracked. The Bombay style means the top drawer is much heavier than the bottom drawer so I was hoping to get wooden replacements. I tried rockler wood working but they don't have them and sent me to you


I hope you can help. They are 12" long
