Bonneville window balance parts

Question

I have Bonneville windows and need to replace a part shown in picture. On the balance it says (09/2) UNIQUE 29 -D-40. The balance measures 30". I noticed the part I am replacing is plastic but on another window the part is metal.

on the sash of the window the label PVC Gold Double Hung NFRC-BWD-K-027

I would like 2 or 3 of these wheel blocks

Thanks for writing in. I am afraid that pulley piece in a channel balance is not really meant to be replaced. Once it is broken the entire balance should be discarded and replaced with a new one. Fortunately we can help with this. I just need to see the nylon fittings, or attachments, at either end of the metal channel. The types of fittings your balance use determine its identity. We'll do our best to ID what you need from there.
