Hi.
I have 8 Bonnville Double Hung windows installed in 2004. The windows do not stay up..I suspect the sliding spring mechanism is distressed.
the order number for the window is WOOD BRONZE LINE DOUBLE HUNG, 4122/WHB11 Low E Argon 2x1 7/8 SDL Top Sash Only.
Can you tell me the part number and where I can purchase them to replace the slider mechanisms in the sides of the window frame.

If the windows won't stay up then it is almost definitely an issue with the balances. Unfortunately the information given doesn't tell me what you have. The only way we can ID these for you is to see a clear picture of the original balance after it has been taken out of the window, that way I can see it without obstruction.
Please note that I may have more questions about it after that, and will require more photos, but I need to know what to ask for, first.
